Windward Launches New Support Experience

The new Windward Software Customer Care portal offers the following functions:

• Knowledge Base Articles
• Submit support tickets
• View up-to-date ticket status
• Re-open a ticket if needed

You will also receive email notifications as your ticket is worked.

Getting Started

You should receive an activation email from support@windwardsoftware.com with the subject line "Windward Software Customer Care User Activation" It will have a custom link for account activation.  If you haven't received the email by end of day click here.

We are aware of the security concerns surrounding clicking links in email, so we are providing the following example of what this safe-to-use-link will look like:

https://support.windwardsoftware.com/register/your-unique-link

The words "your-unique-link" of course being replaced by a string of characters.

You should be directed to your account activation page where you will select a secure unique password. 

Password requirements are presented if you hover over the password field. 

If the URL sent in your email does not work try copying and pasting it into your browser.

For future visits to your Customer Care portal you should direct your browser to support.windwardsoftware.com and you will see the login experience as pictured here.

Only existing OPEN tickets are being transitioned to our new system.

You will receive notification when this has been completed.

You Can Still Request Support via Traditional Methods

If you choose to email support@windwardsoftware.com or call +1 (800) 663-5750 we will submit your ticket on your behalf. Note: You will need to supply your email address and/or register on the portal to receive updates.
